China Electrical Equipment Group (CEEG), former Jiangsu Chinese Electrical Equipment Manufacture Company founded in 1990, was reformed in 2003 and has become a large trans-region, trans-industry and trans-ownership pattern enterprise.

CEEG is the long-term strategic partner of US Dupont, DSI Co., Ltd., German KME Co., Ltd. and China Wuhan Steel Mill. We are one of the first enterprises to manufacture high quality transformers and associated products using Nomex ® paper as insulating material. We have 3 production bases and our main products include power transformers, solar cells, insulation protection materials, and microwave carbon content monitors.

Our company covers an area of 380 thousand square meters with over 1,600 employees and a total asset of USD10 million. Equipped with a complete set of the world-class production and testing equipment that can be used for cutting, vacuum pouring, vacuum impregnation and testing, our annual power transformer production capacity amount to 160,000,000kVA. We have a provincial-level R&D center and a number of transformer research institutes. There are more than 60 well-known Chinese and foreign experts working for us.

The SG 10 Series non-enveloped and SGR Series semi-enveloped dry type power transformers, SRN high temperature resistant liquid-immersed, SRN-M.D underground pattern, KBSG-T mine explosion-proof dry-type transformer, which are mainly made of insulation material of Dupont NOMEX® paper, have filled up the domestic blank of such transformer. They not only reach world advanced level, but also create new concept, new standards and new terms for transformer manufacturing industry.

We are cooperating with 7 doctors from Australia PV-tech Research Center to build a first-class solar silicon cell enterprise, CEEG (Nanjing) PV-tech Co., Ltd. General manager and chief engineer, Doctor Zhao Jianhua, uses his unique passivation technique to constantly increase the nature of solar cell and his PERL (passivation emitter, back point diffusion) to decrease the solar cell change rate to 24.7%. The production capacity of solar cell will reach 600MW in 2008.

Our products have won bids frequently in the state key construction projects, such as Manned Spaceflight Engineering, China Moon Project, Yangtze Three Gorges Engineering, Yellow River Xiaolangdi Engineering, Beijing Chang'an Street, Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, Shenzhen Exhibition Center, Suzhou World Heritage Conference, and Asia Fengyun Series Satellite Manufacture Base.
